march 18-26: new york city teen author festival!
i'll be participating in three events:
- Thursday, March 23: All-City Big Read: I'll be joining tons of other authors in visiting schools and libraries all over NYC. This event isn't open to the public, but I'm so excited to participate, I couldn't help sharing here!
- Saturday, March 25: Panel Discussion at the 42nd Street New York Public Library, Bartos Forum, 4:10-5pm: Get a glimpse into authors' writing pasts with "What a Difference a Decade Can Make." I'll be sharing the stage with Caela Carter, Selene Castrovilla, Timothy Decker, Kevin Emerson, Lauren Gibaldi, Tiffany Schmidt, Maggie Thrash, and Nicola Yoon—and we'll all be sharing snippets of our writing from 10, 20, or even 30 years ago. I'm excited to pull out some high school fanfiction... (Have the whole day open? There will be multiple panel discussions between 1-5pm!)
- Sunday, March 26: Mega-Signing at Books of Wonder, 1pm: Interested in buying a copy of HOW IT FEELS TO FLY and getting it signed? Stop by Books of Wonder on Sunday afternoon! I'm signing from 1-1:30, but there are so many authors, signing in half-hour slots between 1-4pm.
